Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at gorillacultureclub@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order separately.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to return the item for any reason. The item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at gorillacultureclub@gmail.com.
